That's me. Born in Berlin in 1981, father of two children and passionate optimist.

As a professional swimmer and triathlete, I have learned how important it is to focus my resources to achieve goals.

My personal and professional development has been quite winding.

In my 25 years of professional experience I have worked for 6 different companies such as AUDI, Garmin,

Jaguar Land Rover but also worked for IT and marketing specialists.

I was a manager, project manager, key account manager and technician.

As I realized over the years that my enthusiasm for coaching and training was growing, I decided to further expand my knowledge in these areas.

The study of business psychology was followed by further qualifications

to become a communications professional and new business specialist (at the Haufe Academy).

With the in-depth certification as a personal and business coach (according to QCA and ZFU), I have committed myself profoundly to consulting and coaching.

Working WITH people is my passion. I am passionate about it.

Thanks to my expertise, I know the challenges of today's professional world very well. But I can also optimally take into account the personal challenges of my clients' everyday lives. My life experience helps me just as much as my strong empathy.

My extra tip: Look inside yourself and think about which little good mood tricks trigger positive feelings in you personally. Write them down and carry them with you as a kind of checklist. It helps to read through this list from time to time. And add to it.

We should definitely keep one thing in mind: a good mood helps us achieve our goals. And anyone who thinks that you are only in a good mood when you have reached your goal is wrong. The journey is the destination - achieving it is the icing on the cake, but not the whole of life. Therefore, it is important that we always pay attention to our mood and do not put it off as a project for the future.
